6 VENUE STYLES I LOVE
When it comes to your venue, it should be the very first thing you secure when planning your wedding (other than a wedding planner of course). Below I have compiled a list of six venue styles I absolutely LOVE.
ROMANTIC
I adore a romantic vibe. Think wineries with cocktails overlooking lush vineyards, garden party vibes, and enchanting italian villas. When you pair these spaces with floral galore, you have a recipe for a lovey dovey atmosphere.
MODERN CLASSIC
When I think about a classic venue, I think about a Chapel and event hall or perhaps a ballroom wedding. If you have the budget to transform a ballroom, it can really be magical. Think black tie, drapery, and huge churches. A Modern Classic will make you feel like royalty!
RUSTIC/VINTAGE
Rustic weddings are super popular, especially in North GA. I am talking wood details, vintage tableware, and twinkle lights. There is just something so magical about it.
GLAM
When I think of a glamorous wedding venue, I am thinking super high ceilings, marble, gold accents. These venues may come with a pretty price tag but it makes a stunning backdrop!
UNIQUE
An emerging trend that I am loving are repurposed warehouses. I especially love these warehouses because they give you a beautiful vintage look with plenty of space. Many of them have kept the original brickwork which look stunning in a photo! Toss in some industrial lighting mixed with florals – so pretty and a change up fro myour traditional spaces.
CASUAL
A lot of couples choose to go with a casual setting for their wedding because who doesn’t like to let loose and have fun! One of my top spaces for a more casual feel to your wedding are breweries! I have seen some great weddings in Breweries with beautiful decor. Add in a taco truck or a mobile pizza oven and you are just asking for a good time!
There are so many options and different venues in the modern day that it is nearly impossible to not find the perfect one. Before making appointments, make a list of top five must haves for your chosen venue and definitely do some research on ones that meet your top requirements.
